Just starting out? Then our new business package is ideal for you. The New Business Package from Glenn HR will provide you with all of the required HR documentation that your business needs, giving you total confidence that you are meeting your legal requirements as an employer. The package includes:

  • Start-up policies and procedures, including discipline and grievance, sickness and absence management and the use of IT, email and the
  • Contract documents, terms and conditions, offer letters, new employee documents, new starter forms, induction checklists, reference request templates and more.
  • Three hours of HR consultancy to use as and when you require.


The New Business Package includes everything that you need to establish an HR system for your business – and all for the great price of just £495 (ex VAT).


HR Training Workshops


Our training programmes are designed to address all aspects of HR policy and procedure and people management issues. To this end we offer training tailored to your particular needs covering areas such as dealing with difficult people, having difficult conversations, managing absence, equality and diversity and many others. Mediation is a completely voluntary and confidential form of alternative dispute resolution. It involves an independent, impartial person helping two or more individuals or groups reach a solution that's acceptable to everyone. The mediator can talk to both sides separately or together. Mediators do not make judgements or determine outcomes - they ask questions that help to uncover underlying problems, assist the parties to understand the issues and help them to clarify the options for resolving their difference or dispute. The overriding aim of workplace mediation is to restore and maintain the employment relationship wherever possible. This mean the focus is on working together to go forward, not determining who is right or wrong in the past (ACAS 2015)


Glenn HR provides accredited workplace mediators who will work with individuals or groups to address the issues causing conflict in the workplace. Our standard daily rate for mediation is £450 (ex VAT). Please contact us to make a referral.
